Disconnection
Disconnection is a 16-spread publication that delves into the theme of people being disconnected from each other in interpersonal relationships. The narrative begins with experiences and feelings, spanning from childhood into old age and, ultimately, death. Everyone has to mourn relationships in their lives—friendships that couldn’t make it into adulthood, mental illness that takes people from us too soon, and nostalgia for what could have been. While we haven’t experienced every dimension, we all go through lost or changed relationships that hurt us to our core.
